Gather’s core team includes: John Peter Archer, Lindsey Noakes, Lieven Slenders, Stephanie Fang and Luiz Henrique Rodrigues. You can read more bout them on our team page.

What makes an organisation succeed?

Well, we are still working out the answer to that question (and we’ll be sure to let you know when we do!).

However, as we started to reflect upon Gather’s progress in 2019 and to plan for 2020, we realised that one component was especially important to our success this year — our team.

In 2019, we grew our core team.

We added new team members, growing from two to five. Our team’s diverse strengths, skills, and perspectives has helped us generate new ideas and improve existing ones.

Our new team members have joined us from places as close as Islington, London (a half hour walk from our office) to as far as Paraíba, Brasil (17 hours from our office by plane and train!). They’ve included full-time staff, project interns, and skills-based volunteers. Thanks to their efforts, we’re ending this year feeling more optimistic than ever about our work and what the future holds for our organisation.

To learn more about our current team members and alums, check out the Team page on our website.

We focused on building a culture rooted in courage and growth.
